4月20日，在一片風平浪靜中，CFA協會突然投下一顆重磅炸彈，2024年考綱正式發布！相比與老考綱，新考綱變化實在不算小。
CFA二級考綱變動
概覽：財報刪除養老金計量考綱要求、另類和組合有模塊的增刪
1. 財報 - 員工福利刪除：DC/DB plan 的會計計量，以及精算假設的變更對于會計報表的影響（下放一級）
2. 另類刪除模塊：【Investments in Real Estate through Private Vehicles】新增模塊：【Hedge Fund Strategies】（三級另類相同內容）
3. 組合刪除模塊：【Trading Costs and Electronic Markets】
4. 權益 - 非上市企業估值刪除：describe the asset-based approach to private company valuation
CFA三級考綱變動
概覽：行為金融學刪除，部分科目的考綱要求有輕微調整，整體變化不大。
1. 24年考綱中并未展示行為金融學的考綱，有可能行為金融學這門課將于24年刪除
2. 另類 - Hedge Fund Strategies刪除：describe how factor models may be used to understand hedge fund risk exposures;
3.
私人財富管理 - Risk Management for Individuals刪除：discuss the financial stages
of life for an individual;刪除：analyze and evaluate an insurance program;
4. 機構財富管理刪除：prepare the investment objectives section of an institutional investor’s investment policy statement;
5. 道德 - GIPS刪除：explain the fundamentals of compliance with the GIPS standards, including the definition of the firm and the firm’s definition of discretion;
